All sales are final.

CHROMA does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Returns / No Refunds

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

This applies to all items, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed delivery
  • Pre-orders, made-to-order items, and limited releases

 

Product & Sizing Responsibility

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

CHROMA is not responsible for sizing or fit issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

No refunds will be issued.

Shipping Issues

CHROMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
