At CHROMA, every order is prepared with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • CHROMA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

CHROMA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

 

 

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, CHROMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.

 

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

 

Pre-order or made-to-order items will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are available.

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain international orders. If there is an issue with your delivery location, we will contact you directly.
